In this role, Mango will lead the growth of EFE鈥檚 Retirement Plan Services business, advancing the firm鈥檚 strategy to deliver market-leading fiduciary retirement solutions while strengthening the connection between workplace retirement benefits and comprehensive financial planning.

Mango brings nearly 30 years of retirement industry experience to EFE. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at OneDigital, helping to lead M&A for the firm鈥檚 retirement plan advisory and work-to-wealth businesses. Prior to that, he led the Retirement Plan Services division at Alera Group as Executive Vice President, National Practice Leader, driving substantial growth and transforming the business into a nationally recognized retirement plan advisory platform. 听
