Health Care Insurance
We offer comprehensive group medical insurance to all of our employees in India, including coverage for their spouse and two dependent children (up to 25 years of age).
Retirement Benefits Planning
We match employee contributions of INR 1800 per month as part of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) retirement benefit plan. This is governed by Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), India - Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India.
Paid Time Off
To keep employees refreshed and ready to bring their best to the workplace, we offer PTO plans that include vacation, personal leave and a minimum of 12 days of sick time. Annual benefits are earned (accrued) on a pay period basis as follows:
- 0-4 years = 25 days (2.08 days per month)
- 5+ years = 30 days (2.5 days per month)
Tuition Reimbursement
We support our employees鈥 education goals by offering up to INR 40,000 per calendar year reimbursement on approved educational expenses.
