Acting CEO and President

Ralph is Acting CEO and President of ÃÛѨÊÓƵ, one of the nation’s leading wealth planning and workplace investment advisory firms, comprised of more than 1,600 employees, including 650 financial planners, client services associates, and analysts.

Before joining EFE, Ralph served as President of the Institutional & Retirement Client Group at Capital Group, where he led a period of significant growth to bring the firm to a broader set of clients with an expanded set of solutions. Previously, he held senior roles at BlackRock across various client businesses, iShares and Corporate Strategy. He began his career at Boston Consulting Group advising top financial institutions in the U.S and Europe.

He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in History from Yale University. Ralph joined ÃÛѨÊÓƵ in July 2025.
